Avtrak and Piaggio Aero Sign Maintenance Tracking Agreement

Denver, Colorado May 1, 2009 - Avtrak LLC and Piaggio Aero Industries S.p.A have signed a multi-year agreement recognizing Avtrak GlobalNet as one of the preferred factory authorized maintenance tracking services for Piaggio P-180 Avanti aircraft. For Piaggio customers taking delivery of new P-180 Avanti II aircraft, Avtrak GlobalNet services will be provided to customers for the first year free of charge. For all in-service the Piaggio Aero Piaggio P.180 Avanti II customers who are not currently using Avtrak can switch to Avtrak at very competitive rates.
